When on the main (home) screen, do the following;
- Push the controller forward for 10 seconds
- Turn right three clicks
- Turn left three clicks
- Turn right one click
- Turn left one click
- Turn right one click
- Push the controller down for one short push
If everything has been done correctly, the final step (pushing the controller in) won't do anything on the screen.
Go to settings, and then there will be a new entry towards the bottom of the list, called 'Service Menu'
