When purchasing within the UK
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item.
If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason (change of mind, incorrect product ordered, not as you expected), you have 14 days to contact us via email, and subsequently return your item to us. For any items returned to us within the above 14 days, they must meet the following criteria;
- Item(s) must not be devalued, damaged, abused, mishandled, showing signs of tampering and must be in a re-saleable condition
- Item(s) must include all original documentation, packaging, and be returned with all individual components
Once your item has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure that all prerequisites have been met before processing a refund (which doesn't include any shipping). Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If your returned item(s) do not pass our internal returns procedure, you will be advised that this is the case, and the items returned to yourself.
If your item(s) are faulty, you have 30 days to contact us via email, and subsequently return your item to us. For any items returned to us within the above 30 days, they must meet the following criteria;
- Item(s) must not be devalued, damaged, abused, mishandled, showing signs of tampering
- Item(s) must include all original documentation, packaging, and be returned with all individual components
Once your item has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure that all prerequisites have been met before processing a refund (which doesn't include any shipping). Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If your returned item(s) do not pass our internal returns procedure, you will be advised that this is the case, and the items returned to yourself.
Please note that if the security seal is broken on the item(s), then the product is classified as being in a non re-saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all item(s) bought are the correct fitment for your vehicle.
If a fault develops with your item(s) within the first 6 months of owning it, we'll repair/replace the item(s) unless the fault is down to;
- Damage
- Abuse
- Mishandling (including mis-installation/incorrect installation)
- Tampering
The above section(s) do not apply if your item(s) are below the value of £42 as per online & distance selling.
When purchasing from outside of the UK
Due to the nature of these electrical speciality items, we do not accept returns or apply refunds.
If a fault develops with your item(s) within the first 12 months of owning it, we'll repair/replace the item(s) unless the fault is down to;
- Damage
- Abuse
- Mishandling (including mis-installation/incorrect installation)
- Tampering
Any & all taxes and customs due in the destination country are the buyers responsibility
