Specialist Procedures

  • Service Light Reset - Reset any service lights and mileages back to the correct settings following a service where the lights haven't been reset (either DIY or at a garage without the correct equipment.
  • Battery Registration - If you've replaced the battery, then it needed to be registered to avoid the vehicle overcharging the battery and causing potential electrical issues down the line. This is only possible if you've replaced the battery with the same battery technology (AGM, non-AGM etc), and the same aH. If these have been changed, the vehicle will need coding.
  • Adaptation Reset - A good first option to get done when certain vehicle components are playing up, or not as they used to be. For example - AFM, automatic gearbox etc.
  • Sensor Re-Initialisation - For instances where your rain/light sensor (for example) isn't as great as it was, and you want it reset to work like it did out of factory.
  • Running Current Faults Through Execution Plans To Determine Cause & Resolution - Pretty self explanatory! The current fault codes are put through our diagnostic equipment to narrow down the cause, run procedures to ascertain the root fault, and re-enable functions which might have been disabled due to the faults.

Reports

  • Vehicle Details Report - Shows all vehicle detaills, from the software level on the vehicle at the moment to the full vehicle option list that's currently programmed.
  • ECU Tree Report - A visual view of all the modules installed on the vehicle, along with their operating status.
  • Historic Fault Report - All fault codes which are not currently present.
  • Current Fault Report - All fault codes which are currently present.
  • Full ISTA Report - A copy of the full report from our diagnostic equipment.

Please ask if you want one of the above procedures/reports and are unable to find the correct purchasing option above.
