When checking out, either a 25% deposit or full payment is required, which forms part of your non refundable deposit. The non refundable deposit is 25% of the total balance. The 25% deposit can be applied by using the discount code 'DEPOSIT' at the checkout. This can be paid via card.

In most cases the remainder of the balance is due when the conversion is completed, and can either be paid online via card, or via 0% finance (supplied via Klarna).

If you cancel your booking, your non refundable deposit will be retained which covers an amount of time spent on your job, along with a portion of the costs of the products/stock ordered and/or irreversibly modified to suit your specification.

The remainder of the payment (if applicable) will be refunded within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
