Shipping policy

Headlight lenses

• Economy: Royal Mail Tracked 48, for orders of one lens. Processed within 3 working days, then 2 to 3 days in transit.
• Express: DHL. Orders of two or more lenses go by DHL.
• Collection: free from Unit 20, Fountain Business Park, Oldbury B69 3FH. Usually ready within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. We'll message you when it's ready.

Small parts

• Delivery: Standard or DHL.
• Collection: free.

Sending a headlight to us for a service

• We book DHL to collect it and return it, at our standard rates, confirmed when you book.
• Insurance is optional, priced by the value you want covered.
• Collections are booked from 6 days up to 1 day ahead.
• Return shipping is taken on the balance invoice and paid before your headlight is sent back.

Where we ship

• Mainland UK, Northern Ireland included.
• The Highlands, islands and remote areas are quoted by DHL and added to your final invoice.

Returns postage

• Return postage on a lens or part is paid by you, unless it's faulty or not as described.
