What's included
Everything below is included in the labour price for your BMW headlight lens replacement, carried out on your own headlight.
The damaged lens is taken off without damaging your headlight casing.
Your new lens is fitted. Add it on your model's page, or supply your own.
Fresh seals for a lasting, watertight fit.
A light chemical clean inside to remove minor marks.
A functional check (where available), then checked over by our technicians before it goes back to you.
Every headlight is pressure and water tested before it leaves us.
Not included: the headlight itself, bulbs, control units, LED drivers, caps, removal and refitting, and postage.

Pick your model above, add your lens and any DHL shipping, then pay the 25% deposit to secure your slot.
DHL collects it if you added collection. Otherwise drop it off in Oldbury or send it with your own courier, with us by 10am on your booking day.
We check your headlight first. If we find extra damage, we tell you and get your OK before doing anything more.
Pay the balance once it's done, then collect it or it comes back by DHL Express, covered by a 2 year warranty.

3 day turnaround
When your headlight is booked in advance, matches what was booked, is complete and is completely dry inside. If it needs drying out, or more work is found, that time is added. It must be with us by 10am on your booking day.

Shipping with DHL Express
- UK mainland including Northern Ireland. The Highlands, islands, remote areas and international need a separate quote.
- We send you a DHL label, which must be printed. DHL don't accept digital labels.
- Pack the headlight securely yourself. DHL don't supply packaging or cover damage from poor packing.
- DHL shipping is priced per headlight, per box. Boxes over 55 x 45 x 40cm need a custom quote, so tell us the size.
- We can book your DHL collection from the next working day, up to 6 days in advance.
- Transit insurance up to £800 can be added for £15 + VAT per leg.

What we can't repair
- Damaged or missing internal plastics (shroud or surround) with no replacement available.
- Damaged DRL optics where no aftermarket replacement is available.
- Casing damage so excessive it compromises the structure, where no aftermarket replacement is available.
Any extra damage must be repaired at the same time as the lens replacement. We don't do partial repairs.
BMW headlight lens replacement
A new lens, not a new headlight.
A new BMW headlight from the dealer often runs into the thousands, particularly xenon, adaptive LED and laser units. We replace just the damaged outer lens (also called the headlight glass, cover or headlamp lens) with a brand new one, so you get a clear, like-new headlight for far less.

Every lens replacement is covered for 2 years on all services and workmanship, as standard.

If we fitted your headlights, raise any fitting issue within 7 days. After that, normal fitting charges apply.
Raise any cosmetic concern within 72 hours.
The warranty doesn't cover tampering, mishandling, mis-powering, reverse engineering, disassembly, installation error (if not fitted by us) or accident damage. It is void if the vehicle isn't fitted with the correct parts to factory specification when not fitted by us. It covers the purchaser only and isn't transferable.

How much does BMW headlight lens replacement cost?
Prices are per headlight, labour only, from £85 + VAT. Each model's price is on its page. Add the new lens at its own price. Removal and refitting, and DHL collection and return, are extra and only if you need them.
What's included in the price?
The labour to replace the lens on your own headlight, with new seals, pressure and water tested. The new lens is added on your model's page. Bulbs, control units, LED drivers, caps, removal and refitting, and postage aren't included.
Is the price per headlight or for a pair?
Per headlight. Choose left, right or both when you book; both is twice the price.
Do I need to supply the lens?
No. Each model's page lists our lenses for it, or you can supply your own. Lens not listed? WhatsApp us and we can special order it, if available.
Can you replace the lens on my BMW?
If your model is listed on this page, yes. Not listed? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you if we can do it and whether a lens is available.
Can my cracked lens be fixed or repaired?
No. A cracked, chipped or crazed lens can't be repaired. It's replaced with a new lens, fitted to your original headlight, which is what this service does.
Can the old lens be polished instead?
No. We don't offer polishing, and it isn't the same as a lens replacement. The damaged lens comes off and a new one goes on.
Do I need a new headlight?
Not if the outer lens is the only damage. We replace just the lens and keep your original headlight. Small cracks in the casing can be repaired at the same time, and where a casing is beyond repair we can supply a new one, if available.
Where are your lenses from?
Our lenses are aftermarket, the highest quality available in the aftermarket sector, with fitment and dimensions as close to the original as possible. The majority come from a supplier and manufacturer we have worked with for over a decade, who supply CE marked lenses. If you need a CE marked lens, contact us before you order to make sure our stock for your lens is CE marked. Ask us if you would like more information on the lens for your headlight.
Will my BMW pass the MOT after a lens replacement?
Yes. If it failed on a cracked lens, or on beam pattern because the lens is hazy, a new lens from us fixes it and it will pass.
Will a new lens fix condensation or water damage?
A new lens and seals stop water getting in through a failed lens. Water-damaged control units and modules aren't repaired as part of the lens replacement: we tell you what we find and quote it separately, and the headlight is returned as it is unless you ask us to repair it. We can't accept responsibility for parts that fail because of water that got in before the repair.
Is misting normal after the repair?
Yes, for the first 2 to 4 weeks. Light misting at the edges in cold or damp weather, which clears as the lights warm up, is the air inside settling. Water droplets, heavy fogging that doesn't clear or pooling water is not normal: contact us straight away. Don't remove any caps, stickers or seals, as this voids the warranty.
How long does it take?
3 days, when your headlight is booked in advance, matches what was booked, is complete and is completely dry inside. If it needs drying out, or more work is found, that time is added. It must be with us by 10am on your booking day.
Can you remove and refit my headlight?
Yes, we can. WhatsApp us for availability.
How do I get my headlight to you?
Drop it off at our Oldbury unit, send it with your own courier, or add DHL Express collection and return on your model's page (UK mainland including Northern Ireland, excluding the Highlands, islands and remote areas).
How does payment work?
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for UK orders. A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at checkout to book your slot, and the balance is due once the work is complete.
I'm outside the UK. What do I pay?
You pay the listed price without UK VAT. Import duties and taxes are charged by your country's customs and are paid by the receiver. A delivery refused because of unpaid customs charges is not refunded.
What if my headlight can't be repaired?
We check your headlight can be repaired before we start. If we suspect a large amount of damage, we'll ask you to send the headlight in first, without a deposit, and carry out an assessment free of charge, so you know what can be done before you book.
Will it look exactly like factory?
Every headlight is worked on and sealed by hand by our technicians, to as close to OEM standard as possible. As it's hand work, there may be very minor imperfections within our tolerances. Photos show the advertised service, though some show extra options or existing modifications on customers' cars.
What if my headlight gets damaged further?
A damaged headlight has no value. If it can't be repaired because the damage is too great, the lens replacement can't be completed, or it is damaged further in our care because of existing damage, we can't contribute to a new or used headlight.
