Headlight lens replacement and refurbishment, carried out on your own headlight at our Oldbury unit. Each model has a fixed price per headlight, with a 2 year warranty on the work.
Prices are per headlight, plus VAT. A 25% deposit books your slot.

How it works
Pick your model above, add any extras you need, then pay the 25% deposit to secure your slot.
DHL collects it if you added collection. Otherwise drop it off in Oldbury or send it with your own courier, with us by 10am on your booking day.
We check your headlight first. If we find extra damage, we tell you and get your OK before doing anything more.
Pay the balance once it's done, then collect it or it comes back by DHL Express, covered by a 2 year warranty.
Only a 25% deposit per headlight to pay today.
3 day turnaround
When your headlight is booked in advance, matches what was booked, is complete and is completely dry inside. If it needs drying out, or more work is found, that time is added. It must be with us by 10am on your booking day.

Prefer not to use DHL? Drop your headlight off at our Oldbury unit, or send it with your own courier, so it's with us by 10am on your booking day. Our address is here.
Shipping with DHL Express
- UK mainland including Northern Ireland. The Highlands, islands, remote areas and international need a separate quote.
- We send you a DHL label, which must be printed. DHL don't accept digital labels.
- Pack the headlight securely yourself. DHL don't supply packaging or cover damage from poor packing.
- DHL shipping is priced per headlight, per box. Boxes over 55 x 45 x 40cm need a custom quote, so tell us the size.
- We can book your DHL collection from the next working day, up to 6 days in advance.
- Transit insurance up to £800 can be added for £15 + VAT per leg.
2 year warranty
Every lens replacement and refurbishment is covered for 2 years on all services and workmanship, as standard.

New OEM control units we supply carry the manufacturer's own 2 year warranty.
Raise any cosmetic concern within 72 hours of receiving your headlight.
The warranty doesn't cover tampering, mishandling, mis-powering, reverse engineering, disassembly, installation error (if not fitted by us) or accident damage. How much do your headlight services cost?
Prices are per headlight, fixed per model, from £155 + VAT. Each model's price is on its page. DHL collection and return, and removal and refitting, are extra and only if you need them.
Lens replacement or refurbishment: which do I need?
A lens replacement is for a cracked, chipped, hazy or yellowed outer lens on a headlight that is otherwise sound. A refurbishment is for a headlight with water inside, or one that has stopped working, and includes the new lens. Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.
Is the price per headlight or for a pair?
Per headlight. Choose left, right or both when you book; both is twice the price.
How long does it take?
3 days, when your headlight is booked in advance, matches what was booked, is complete and is completely dry inside. If it needs drying out, or more work is found, that time is added. It must be with us by 10am on your booking day.
Can you remove and refit my headlight?
Yes, we can. We fit Monday to Saturday. Contact us for our availability.
How do I get my headlight to you?
Drop it off at our Oldbury unit, send it with your own courier, or add DHL Express collection and return on your model's page (UK mainland including Northern Ireland, excluding the Highlands, islands and remote areas).
How does payment work?
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for UK orders. A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at checkout to book your slot, and the balance is due once the work is complete.
I'm outside the UK. What do I pay?
You pay the listed price without UK VAT. Import duties and taxes are charged by your country's customs and are paid by the receiver. A delivery refused because of unpaid customs charges is not refunded.
What if my headlight can't be repaired?
We check your headlight can be repaired before we start. If we suspect a large amount of damage, we'll ask you to send the headlight in first, without a deposit, and carry out an assessment free of charge, so you know what can be done before you book.
Will it look exactly like factory?
Every headlight is worked on and sealed by hand by our technicians, to as close to OEM standard as possible. As it's hand work, there may be very minor imperfections within our tolerances.
