Control units or electrical components that have been exposed to water (no matter the amount or duration) are at risk of becoming damaged and/or corroded. We MUST be made aware of this if it has happened. Control units or electrical components may fail as the internal PCBs are not water resistant. We take no liability or responsibility for any control units or electrical components which cease functioning at any time pre, during or post service due to contact to water.

How it works

Everything is booked in advance so we can guarantee turnaround times and availability. Get in touch first - don't just send headlights without a booking.

01 Get in Touch

Contact us to confirm your headlight variant. Let us know if there's any additional damage beyond the lens so we can advise on the full scope.

02 We Book You In

We check our calendar and schedule you in. A non-refundable 25% deposit secures your booking.

03 Assessment & Confirmation

We assess your headlights and flag any additional work required. We'll get your authorisation before proceeding with anything beyond the base service.

04 We Replace Your Lens

Your headlights go through our full lens replacement process. Once complete, we contact you to confirm everything is ready.

05 Balance Due & Collection

Remaining balance is due once the work is complete. Collect your headlights from us, or we ship via DHL Express to mainland UK (including Northern Ireland).

⚠️ No Partial Repairs

Any additional damage must be repaired at the same time as the lens replacement. We won't do partial repairs - this ensures a proper seal and finish.

Turnaround time

3 days

When booked in advance and the repair required is the same as advised

Turnaround times are based on pre-booked appointments that have been booked in advance where the headlight condition matches what was discussed, the headlight is completely dry inside and the headlight is complete. If additional work is needed, turnaround may be extended. Headlights must be completely dry internally for this turnaround time, if the headlight needs drying out then this time will be added to the refurbishment turnaround time. Headlight must be with us by 10AM on the booking day.

Shipping with DHL Express

📦 We provide DHL shipping labels - these must be printed, DHL do not accept digital labels
📐 We'll need your box dimensions before we can book the collection if your parcel is above 50cm x 45cm x 40cm
🧱 DHL do not supply packing materials - you'll need to pack the headlights securely yourself. Ensure that the headlight will be safe in transport as DHL don't cover transit damage due to insufficient packaging
🇬🇧 Mainland UK including Northern Ireland. Highlands, Islands, Remote areas, and international deliveries require a separate quote from DHL
🛡️ Transit insurance is available at additional cost - get in touch or add the required insured amount in your order notes

Anything larger than 50x45x40cm will need a custom quote from DHL. We'll confirm all shipping details with you after booking.

Payment & how to order

All bookings are secured with a 25% non-refundable deposit, automatically applied at checkout. The remaining balance is invoiced once the work is complete.

01 Add the lens replacement service to your cart, plus any add-ons you need (lens, shipping, etc.)
02 Add your car registration, headlight side(s), and any other relevant details into the order notes at checkout
03 We'll pick up your order and be in touch to confirm the full scope, pricing, and booking date
04 Remaining balance is adjusted and invoiced once the work is complete

⛔ What we can't repair

Some damage is beyond repair. We cannot work on headlights with the following issues:

Damaged internal plastics (shroud or surround) with no replacement available
Missing internal plastics (shroud or surround) with no replacement available
Damaged optics for DRLs where aftermarket replacement isn't available
Excessive casing damage that compromises structural integrity where aftermarket replacement isn't available

🔧 Fitting

If we fitted your headlights, fitting issues must be raised within 7 days. After this, normal fitting charges apply

Cosmetic

Cosmetic concerns must be raised within 72 hours

Warranty is not valid if products or services show signs of tampering, mishandling, mis-powering, reverse engineering, disassembly, installation error (if not installed by us), or if the vehicle is involved in an accident. Warranty will be voided if the vehicle is not fitted with the correct parts to match factory specification when not fitted by us. The warranty is for the purchaser only and is not transferable.

Important information

⚠️ Damaged headlights have zero value. If we are carrying out this lens replacement service on a damaged headlight, we will not contribute to the purchase of a new or used headlight if: we cannot repair the headlight due to excessive damage, unable to complete the lens replacement, or the headlight sustains further damage whilst within our care due to existing damage.
🔧 Every headlight is built by hand by our technicians. This may include plastic welding, channel repairs, lens repairs, custom brackets, or harnesses. These will be installed to as close to OEM standard as possible, however may have very minor imperfections within our defined tolerances.

If the headlight has water damage internally and items or control units/modules are non functional, the headlight will be returned in the same condition unless it's explicitly requested we repair the issue and confirmed before work commences.

Water Damage


If your headlight has water damage internally due to a cracked or missing lens, this lens replacement service does not include any internal electrical repairs. Control units, modules, and other internal components that have been water damaged will not be repaired or replaced unless explicitly requested and quoted separately.

If water damage is present, we will notify you during our assessment and advise on the additional work required. The headlight will be returned in its current internal condition unless you authorise additional repairs.

We take no liability or responsibility for any control units or internal components which cease functioning at any time pre, during or post service due to prior water exposure from a cracked or missing lens.

Post Service Information


There will be misting in the headlights over the next 2-4 weeks as the air inside cycles and balances to the same temperature/humidity as the ambient outside air. This is completely normal.

Normal (acceptable): Light misting in corners/edges during cold or humid weather that clears when the headlights warm up.

Not normal (contact us): Physical water droplets across the headlight, heavy fogging that doesn't clear, or pooling water.

Important: Do not remove any caps, stickers, or seals on the headlight as this will invalidate your warranty. If you see water droplets (not just misting), contact us immediately.

If you want us to remove and refit the headlight during the repair service, please get in touch to get our availability. Our fitting days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We have AM and PM slots available.

What Comes With This Service

You're purchasing a repair service to your own supplied headlight where we will carry out the above within the advertised price of the base lens replacement service. This is only valid for headlights which have the following;  

  • Damaged lens
  • Cracked lens
  • Missing lens 

Anything additionally requested or quoted will be added to your final balance.

What Doesn't Come With This Service

The headlight is not included within the service, and is a repair carried out on your supplied headlight. No electrical control units, caps, bulbs, LED drivers, and other associated items are included within this service.

This repair service does not include any further repair work, such as but not limited to;

  • Lightly damaged casings (nothing bigger than a 50p piece)
  • Heavily damaged casings (bigger than a 50p piece)
  • Missing or cracked mounting points
  • Seam cracks within the casing

The above can be additionally added to your headlight lens repair service, with the remainder due upon completion.

This service does not include the following, and may be available on request;

  • Replacement headlight lens
  • Headlight removal or refitting to the vehicle
  • Courier/postage services

What We Can't Repair & Won't Work On

  • Damaged plastics within the headlight like the eyebrow or surround 
  • Missing plastic within the headlight like the eyebrow or surround
  • Damaged optics for the angel eye or eyebrow where an aftermarket replacement isn't available

The Process

 Within this service, we will:

  • Open up your headlights in an OEM, non-destructive procedure
  • Remove all of the old sealant
  • Lightly chemically clean the headlight internals to remove any minor marking
  • Lay brand-new sealant within the headlight channels
  • Seal the headlight with a brand-new lens (either self-supplied or supplied by us)
  • Pressure test the headlight
  • Water test the headlight

All pricing is for one headlight only and doesn't include the lens or cover any additional services/products. If you require multiple headlights, please change the quantity purchased to reflect this.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time is 3 days; however, this will be extended if the 3 days are interrupted by a bank holiday or national holiday or if the scope of work that needs to be undertaken is more than the initial order (for example casing repair, ordering and fitting repair kits, extended chemical cleaning). 

Due to a large amount of headlights coming into us, please check our availability before placing an order as we may not be able to accept your headlights immediately. 

Conditions For 3 Day Turnaround

With a pre-booked appointment, we will be able to have a turnaround time of 3 full business days as long as the following conditions are met;

  • We confirm the booking date
  • The headlight is with us In hand no later than 10AM on the booking day
  • There is no additional damage on the headlight aside from the broken lens

If the above conditions aren't met, the lens replacement won't be eligible for the 3 full business day turnaround.

This is available to add on under 'Additional Products & Services'. All transit options are via DHL (fully insured) and are only valid for the UK mainland (excluding highlands, islands & remote areas).

Payments & Deposit Options

If you're within the UK, the listed/shown price not including VAT & this will need to be added on. This will be calculated at checkout.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken on checkout with the remainder due when everything is completed and you're happy with the end result.

The deposit is non-refundable.

International Orders - Customs & Duties

If you're outside of the UK, the listed/shown price is the price paid excluding any additional tax - this will be requested by the receiver/destination country border force/customs equivalent.

All international import customs, duties & tax is the responsibility of the receiver. Check with your local authority for more information including rateable values and estimated amounts.

If an international delivery is refused due to unpaid custom charges, the shipment will be sent for destruction within the purchasers country and not eligible for any refunds.

Important Information

If we are carrying out this lens replacement service on a damaged headlight, the headlight will have zero value - If we cannot repair the headlight due to the damage being too excessive (for example), unable to complete the lens replacement or the headlight sustains further damage whilst within our care due to existing damage, we will not contribute to the purchase of a new or used headlight.

All photos will show the advertised service that we offer, however some may have had additional options added onto the build not included within the base price or show existing modifications on clients cars.

Every headlight Is skillfully & expertly built by hand by our technicians, and may include one or more of the following; plastic welding, channel repairs, lens repairs, custom mounting brackets, internal cosmetic repairs, custom headlight harnesses. These will be installed or carried out to as close as OEM mass produced fashion as possible, however may slight differences from OEM and/or very minor imperfections (within our company defined tolerances) as our services are not carried by assembly line machines.
