If your car is a daily driver, and you need minimal downtime while getting your set of custom headlights, then our prebuilt headlights are the way to go!

Prebuilt headlights are our own stock/inventory headlights that have been prebuilt to a certain specification (and as they have already been built are unfortunately unable to change from the outlined specification).

We can do one of the following exchange/fitting options for our prebuilt headlights:

• Exchange in person at our commercial premises in Oldbury

• Exchange and fit our prebuilt headlights at our commercial premises in Oldbury on a Saturday (fitting charges apply)

• We'll send out our prebuilt headlights via DHL to you, and you'll send your headlights back to us (shipping and refundable deposit* required). If you're not within mainland UK, please get in touch and we can provide a custom quote to your location


These prebuilt E9x M3, E92 pre LCI, E93 pre LCI headlights includes:

• In house Exx angel eyes (white)

• Classic blackout paintwork (satin black throughout)

1 year parts and workmanship warranty

These headlights are built on used/second hand OEM non-adaptive or adaptive xenon headlights (please select which type you require).

This listing is for exchange with your non modified, OEM headlights only, and is not for a set of headlights.


*Refundable Deposit

Headlight exchange deposit is £500 and excludes shipping costs. Shipping is £110 via DHL Express service for both to & from, fully insured, for a pair of headlights within mainland UK. Return headlights must be in full working order, with:

• Both headlights are OEM, haven't been opened before, and haven't been modified

• Both headlights are intact, with no damage to the casing, and all original mounting points intact and functional

Both headlight internals are intact with no physical damage, water damage, or any other damage or missing components

Both headlight lenses are intact with no; damage, cracks, scuffs, large chips, large marks, or paint overspray

Lenses can have age related pitting, but nothing excessive that affects beam pattern, general light output, or damage/removal/peeling of the UV clear coat

How Long Until It's Ready?

In most circumstances our prebuilt headlights are on the shelf having passed all of our internal checks. In the unlikely situation where this isn't the case, we'll need a maximum of 1 week to get them ready.

What are custom headlights?

We create custom headlights by taking your original unmodified headlights, opening them, and adding in a selection of the following;

- Angel eyes
- Bi-LED projectors with LED bulbs/integrated bi-LED projectors/bi-xenon projectors with xenon setup
- Painting the headlight internal parts
- High beam LED units
- Eyebrows
- Custom one off parts
- Carbon fibre skinned parts

Custom headlights vs. prebuilt headlights

Custom headlights are what you want, without any compromise. You pick the specification, and any additional addons or custom parts. Everything is built once the order is placed, and headlights are built to order.

Prebuilt headlights are build based off our most popular options, and are usually available immediately or available at short notice. No custom/additional options are able to be added to the prebuilt headlights.

Guarantee & warranty

1 year guarantee on all our workmanship & KYCS products. Not valid if the headlights, products/workmanship have signs of tampering, mishandling, mis-powering, reverse-engineering, disassembly, installation error (if not fitted by us), or if the vehicle is involved in an accident. Our guarantee may not include or cover any labour charges for fitting depending on the issue.

If there are any issues, once they've been verified by us the remedial work must be carried out within 1 calendar month to retain your guarantee. Minor fogging/misting within the headlights is not covered under the guarantee as we reference OEM workshop material & guidelines which states fogging/misting as permissible.

Any cosmetic issues must be raised within 72 hours of receival of the custom headlights. After this time window, any cosmetic issues are not covered by our guarantee.

Road legality

Our custom headlight conversions are all road legal and will pass the MOT.

If you have additionally selected components of the conversion that are for show use only (demon eyes or colour changing/chasing angel eyes for example), they are not for use on the public highway.

You can only display white for DRL, parking lights, side lights, low beam and high beam to the front of the vehicle.

You can only display amber/orange to the front of the vehicle for indicators/hazard lights.

All other colours are illegal on the public highway, and for show use only.

Terms & conditions

Certain design configurations may not be possible on your headlights. If this is the case, we will inform you and offer an alternative design.

When fitting is opted for, bumper fitment will be as the vehicle arrived (at a minimum) as long as all the bolts, screws, clips and clamps (fixings) are present and correct when the vehicles arrives. If you are missing or have any damaged fixings, the same fitment cannot be guaranteed. Once a vehicle has left our premises, we cannot guarantee the bumper fitment or alignment - any issues must be raised on vehicle handover. Excess fitting/parts charges may be applicable for non factory fit vehicles, specifically on vehicles that have either; been involved in an accident, have had a previous poor bumper fit, have incorrect fixings present or incorrectly/poor fitting of aftermarket parts. We can additionally supply and fit brand new OEM fixings if in stock, or if advised beforehand. Work undertaken & vehicles left on premises at the owners risk. Wheels must be rechecked and retorqued 50 miles after fitting (as they are removed during the fit). Locking wheel nuts must be supplied on the day for the fitting to be carried out. Any snapped wheel bolts due to bolts being previously over-tightened is on the onus of the owner to repair/remove/refit. Your fitting date may be moved due to the following reason(s): Act of God, weather, staff resource issues. If we are unable to fulfil your booking date, you will be given at least 1 weeks notice and rebooked for our first opportunity. We may discount or supply a free upgrade for your headlight specification in return for moving your booking at short notice. We are not liable or responsible for any fees. charges or losses you may experience if your fitting date is moved.  

We own all media taken by team members of the vehicle in for the service(s) completed.

By ordering any of our products and/or services, you understand and accept everything outlined.

Returns, refunds & Guarantee (When purchasing within the UK)

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item.

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason (change of mind, incorrect product ordered, not as you expected), you have 14 days to contact us via email, and subsequently return your item to us. For any items returned to us within the above 14 days, they must meet the following criteria;
- Item(s) must not be devalued, damaged, abused, mishandled, showing signs of tampering and must be in a re-saleable condition
- Item(s) must include all original documentation, packaging, and be returned with all individual components

Once your item has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure that all prerequisites have been met before processing a refund (which doesn't include any shipping). Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If your returned item(s) do not pass our internal returns procedure, you will be advised that this is the case, and the items returned to yourself.

If your item(s) are faulty, you have 30 days to contact us via email, and subsequently return your item to us. For any items returned to us within the above 30 days, they must meet the following criteria;
- Item(s) must not be devalued, damaged, abused, mishandled, showing signs of tampering
- Item(s) must include all original documentation, packaging, and be returned with all individual components

Once your item has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure that all prerequisites have been met before processing a refund (which doesn't include any shipping). Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If your returned item(s) do not pass our internal returns procedure, you will be advised that this is the case, and the items returned to yourself.

Please note that if the security seal is broken on the item(s), then the product is classified as being in a non re-saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all item(s) bought are the correct fitment for your vehicle.

If a fault develops with your item(s) within the first 6 months of owning it, we'll repair/replace the item(s) unless the fault is down to;

- Damage
- Abuse
- Mishandling (including mis-installation/incorrect installation)
- Tampering

The above section(s) do not apply if your item(s) are below the value of £42 as per online & distance selling.

Returns, refunds & Guarantee (When purchasing from outside the UK)

Due to the nature of these electrical speciality items, we do not accept returns or apply refunds.

If a fault develops with your item(s) within the first 12 months of owning it, we'll repair/replace the item(s) unless the fault is down to;

- Damage
- Abuse
- Mishandling (including mis-installation/incorrect installation)
- Tampering
